1. Internet is not working on the target phone.
2. There are no such activities.
3. The phone is Switched off.
4. The app was removed by the owner of target phone.

I have installed spybubble on blackberry torch 9800 but it shows only gps location and new phone numbers added and photos downloaded to target phone it doesnt show call logs, message logs,complete phonebook etc.even after reinstalling and rebooting it several times no desired result is seen.Contacted spybubble regarding it but no help from them.I even requested for refunding but no response.

The reason is probably that there are no such activities (call logs, text message logs, complete phonebook) on your BlackBerry phone.
If you want a refund please contact spybubble at support [at] spybubble.com within 60 days after your order. You have 60 days to do this, so I’d recommend you do this versus trying to contact SpyBubble.

What if the target is password protected? Can you still install software?
Hi Sasa! You must have physical access to use the phone in order to install the software. This means without being able to get past the PIN code (password protected), you won’t be able to install spybubble as you need to download the application directly into the blackberry phone.

Once it’s installed, you don’t need to have physical access to the phone anymore. SpyBubble is undetectable, and goes completely under the radar on the target phone. Once installed, it is not possible to detect SpyBubble on the target phone. It does not create any sounds or icon on the phone. There is nothing that indicates that SpyBubble is active and sending data out.
